GODSMACK was nominated for 4 Boston Music Awards ("Rising Star," "Debut Album of the Year," "Debut Rock Band," "Single of the Year ["Whatever"]")! The 12th annual Kahlua Boston Music Awards honor and applaud those musicians who either live and perform in Boston, were born here, gained fame here or whose careers have been tightly linked to Boston. They were held April 22 at the Orpheum Theatre.

Sully has confirmed that they [Godsmack] will be playing the main stage on the Ozzfest '99 tour in June and July! Click here for a list of dates.

Godsmack's self-titled album has gone gold (sold 500,000 copies). The album has also reached #22 on the Billboard 200!

"No, we didn't re-do anything with Tommy! We are putting out the same CD for now with brand new art work and the new song on it. We did some re-mixing due to some of the samples in Moon Baby we weren't allowed to use.And we remastered it for a thicker sound, but for now we're all gonna have to hang in there while we do a new CD." -Sully
